HIGH. Yes we can be highly dependable on this chilli. Even after a year of storage (in a right way) you will still observe its heat value doesn't diminish much.

This is a highly pungent chilli. Thin in appearance. Length 5-9 cm without stem, Breadth: 0.8-1.3 cm. Thin Skin. High Seed Content. There isn't much wrinkle even when it's fully dried.

Alternate Varieties: Syngenta 4884, Gene 2626, VT 3227 (From India). Though these varieties are interchangable, 4884's durability when compared to Teja chilli is questionable. Gene 2626 & V.T. 3227's heat value, though dependable, the max limit doesn't reach 90,000 SHU. And their availability is very less, in fact not many traders, exporters etc. will have an idea about these varieties.

S17 TEJA Chilli is available in Whole, Ground, Crushed forms (With Stem and Stemless) & chilli seeds are also available (though in limited quantity).
